By submitting advertising materials, requesting advertising placement, or engaging in any advertising-related activity with PlusView, the advertiser (“Advertiser”) agrees to be bound by these Advertising Terms.
PlusView acts solely as a media display and distribution platform. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as marketing consultancy, agency representation, or performance-based advertising services.
PlusView does not guarantee advertising results, audience engagement, brand recall, sales, conversions, leads, or any specific business outcome.
Advertising exposure depends on multiple factors outside PlusView’s control, including venue traffic, audience behavior, operational conditions, and external circumstances. Visibility does not imply effectiveness or commercial success.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for all advertising content provided to PlusView, including text, images, videos, claims, promotions, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

Such actions do not entitle the Advertiser to compensation, refunds, or claims against PlusView.
Advertising placement, frequency, timing, and duration are subject to PlusView’s internal programming, operational availability, and network conditions.
PlusView does not guarantee uninterrupted display, exact timing, or exclusive screen availability unless expressly agreed in writing.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring that its advertising content complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including consumer protection, advertising, and intellectual property regulations.
PlusView assumes no responsibility for regulatory compliance related to the Advertiser’s products, services, or claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlusView shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from advertising services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, brand perception, or expected results.
The Advertiser waives any claims against PlusView related to advertising performance or effectiveness.
The Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlusView, its officers, employees, partners, affiliates, and venues from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
PlusView reserves the right to suspend or terminate advertising services at any time if the Advertiser breaches these Advertising Terms or poses legal, reputational, or operational risk.
Suspension or termination does not create any liability or obligation for PlusView.
These Advertising Terms may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or operational needs.
Continued use of PlusView advertising services after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Advertising Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes arising from advertising services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
