Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions that apply to refunds, cancellations, credits, and service interruptions related to PlusView advertising services. This policy applies to all advertisers and any party purchasing or requesting advertising services from PlusView (“Client,” “Advertiser,” “you”).

By purchasing, reserving, or using PlusView advertising services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

 

2. No Guaranteed Results

PlusView provides advertising exposure and screen-based media placement. PlusView does not guarantee outcomes, performance, sales, conversions, leads, or any specific business results.

Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with performance or perceived effectiveness.

 

3. Cancellations and Campaign Changes

Requests to cancel, pause, reschedule, or modify advertising campaigns must be submitted in writing to hello@plusview.tv.

PlusView may, at its sole discretion, attempt to accommodate changes depending on scheduling, operational availability, and network conditions. Changes are not guaranteed and may require adjustments to start dates, placements, or other campaign parameters.

 

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if any, may be considered only under limited circumstances and at PlusView’s sole discretion, including:

  • Duplicate charges confirmed by PlusView.
  • Billing errors attributable to PlusView.
  • Failure to initiate a campaign due solely to PlusView’s confirmed operational error (excluding force majeure events).

When a refund is approved, PlusView may choose to issue a refund, a credit, or a service extension, depending on operational feasibility and the nature of the issue.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:

  • Advertising services already delivered or partially delivered.
  • Delays or interruptions caused by venue conditions, power outages, internet interruptions, equipment interference, or third-party factors.
  • Campaigns affected by audience behavior, venue traffic fluctuations, or external events.
  • Creative/content production costs, revisions, formatting, or processing (if applicable).
  • Rejections or removals of content due to compliance or risk concerns under PlusView’s Advertising Terms.

 

6. Service Interruptions and Credits

PlusView makes reasonable efforts to maintain stable network operations; however, interruptions may occur due to technical, operational, venue-related, or external factors.

If a significant interruption occurs that is solely attributable to PlusView and materially impacts scheduled delivery, PlusView may, at its sole discretion, provide a reasonable make-good, such as additional airtime, service extension, or credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting PlusView to attempt resolution may result in suspension of current or future services.

PlusView reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation showing service delivery, campaign scheduling, and related records.

 

8. How to Request a Refund Review

To request a refund review, you must email hello@plusview.tv and include:

  • Your name and company name.
  • Campaign details (dates, placement if known, and general description).
  • Proof of payment and transaction reference.
  • A clear description of the issue.

PlusView may request additional information to evaluate the request.

 

9. Changes and Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or operational needs.

Continued use of PlusView services after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
